The Team

Hannah has been a Registered Dietitian since 2019. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Psychology from Sacramento State in December 2018 and completed her Dietetic Internship in 2019. Hannah was inspired to help others through her own weight loss journey. She hopes to help others navigate their health with simple, easy-to-follow recommendations. When she is not talking about food, she can be found cheering her girls on at soccer games, walking her dog, or chasing around her toddler.
Hannah Schuler

Paige has always been fascinated by nutrition from an early age. Having struggled with an eating disorder in her early teen years, it took her a long time, and a lot of trial-and-error, to develop a healthy relationship with food. She turned this passion of hers into a career by attending the University of Wisconsin to get a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion & Wellness in 2011. She worked for several years in health education and children’s nutrition services before going back to school. She decided to further her education in a more holistic way by studying nutrition at Bauman College in Berkeley, CA in 2017. She offered nutrition counseling and worked one-on-one with clients with the knowledge she obtained from this unconventional school program. However, Paige desired to reach more of the population that might not be able to pay out-of-pocket for preventative care. She went back to school through the University of Northern Colorado to finish a degree and internship in Dietetics in 2021 so that she could become a Registered Dietitian able to bill insurance and continue to see clients one-on-one for nutritional counseling. Paige loves balancing both sides of her nutritional education to provide clients with a well-rounded, non-dogmatic approach to feeling better!

Julie DeHollander
Julie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bastyr University in Seattle. She has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD) since 2008, and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2019. Julie’s journey started with a simple goal: to make nutrition less confusing and more empowering. Over the past 18 years, she’s worked with individuals, communities, and organizations to do just that—break down complex science into real-life strategies that feel doable, not daunting. She is passionate about helping others achieve their health goals, and has a strong belief that small, consistent changes can lead to powerful health transformations. Julie believes health isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, consistency, and finding what works best for you, your goals, and your lifestyle.
